RENTAL TYPES
- Long-term rentals: 31 nights to 11 months, others can be agreed. 
- Tourist rentals: Available daily (for properties with tourist license)

BOOKING PROCESS
1. Contact the agency directly to inquire about availability
2. An agent will provide detailed information and assist with the booking
3. Online direct booking is not available - all reservations must be made through our agents

PROPERTY VIEWINGS
- Currently occupied properties cannot be viewed until tenant departure
- Advance bookings possible with deposit
- Property viewings subject to current tenant occupancy

PAYMENT TERMS
- 50% deposit required to secure reservation
- Security deposit required at check-in (fully refundable at check-out)

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
- Valid identification
- Signed lease agreement
- Additional documentation as requested by the agency

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Cleaning fees
- Utilities (included in some properties, separate charge in others)
- Late check-in fees may apply

Note: Out of respect for current tenants' privacy and comfort, we cannot arrange viewings of occupied properties. Please understand that some properties may only be available for viewing once vacated.
